Delivery Information

1- The delivery address can be changed after submitting the order through customer service (before the shipment moves to the customer from the final delivery point).

2- Delivery period within Greater Cairo (from 3 to 5 working days), Lower Egypt delivery period (7 working days), Upper Egypt delivery period (10 working days), all periods do not include holidays and official holidays.

3- The customer will be contacted by phone (or (f) via WhatsApp) by a company representative to confirm the shipment of the item.

4- You can track your shipment by contacting customer service.

5- In the case of prepayment by credit card, you may be asked for valid proof of identity upon delivery of the shipment, so that the name on the ID matches the name on the shipment.

6- The shipping cost may vary depending on the delivery location, the weight of the shipment, and the number of pieces. You can view the cost when adding the products to the shopping cart and before completing the order.

7- In the event of a request for speedy delivery of the shipment, an additional fee will be charged and notified to the customer during the order confirmation process with the Customer Service Department.


8- We have the right to cancel your order in the following cases:-

 · Failure to pay the value of purchases when due.

 · Your failure, within the time period that we specify for you, to provide us with the information required to deliver the products to you.

 · Your failure to allow us, within a reasonable period of time, to deliver the products to you or your failure to receive them.

 · If we detect an attempt to purchase in bulk or multiple purchases.


9- If our delivery of the product is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this, and we will take steps to reduce the consequences of delay in delivery while making a discount on the shipping costs according to what the company deems appropriate, even deducting the shipping costs in full.

10- The products become your property and are your responsibility as soon as we deliver them to you at the delivery address and you pay their full value.

11- An electronic invoice will be issued and we will send it to the customer via e-mail or hand receipt from the company’s showroom.

12- In the event of a request to return the shipment before it moves from the final delivery point, the full price of the shipment will be refunded in addition to shipping costs.

13- The company has the right to cancel the purchase order in the event of procrastination or postponement of receipt (for more than 3 delivery attempts), and the value of the product will be refunded in the event of prepayment using the same payment method.

14- The company has the right to postpone delivery of the shipment in the event that the customer does not respond to the company representative’s call (for more than 3 contact  attempts).

15- In the event that the customer is unable to complete the coordinated delivery process, a new delivery date will be determined after the customer contacts the customer service department.
